the beginning
it looks like this is actually going to happen. i really can’t believe it. but sure enough, shane and mark (shane’s assistant this time around) spent the day unpacking the rest of their gear and plugging it all in. the lights are blinking and the nag champa is burning and i’m beyond thrilled. it was our intention to kick things off tomorrow but with the sweet smell of incence mingling with the warming electronics we were powerless. this evening after dinner we dumped the first protools file from one of our harddrives to one of shane’s. so let it be declared that we have officially begun. yes. it is true. the 5th greatest recording of all time (or at least documented human history) is now underway.

it sounds like there’s another form of a sequence that we will be experiencing….
i mean… i don’t care how beautiful of a collision we had… it left us pretty banged up…. like the small blip on an EKG signifying a certain sense of hope…. but still left broken…
i don’t care… a collision is a collsion… and repair and bandages are needed…. and it seems fellaz… alot of us are in need of some remedy…
