LINK – Liberty In North Korea
some pals of ours are in a race to make the top 25 out of more than 1000 organizations being considered for 2.5 million dollars in assistance from american express. it’s a potential game changer, if you know what i mean, and the nominating process is only open for the next 5 days. you can check out information on their organization here: LINK be sure and check out the video, it is a mind spreader, just click on “video” beside the “photo” thing.
if you feel like i do, that this is a worthy organization that could do a lot of good, then go here membersproject and register as a guest. i did it myself. it required an email that did not necessitate it being accurate as i was not sent a password or anything to sign in with. after nominating them be sure and click the link to post it to your myspace/facebook. this is an enormous opportunity for exposure for some folks that are doing a noble thing and attempting to make a dent in things.

Wow it’s great that you support LiNK. I was quite an active member a few years ago and I nominated this one as well. I’m well acquainted with the founder, Adrian. Definitely a good guy, doing big things.
By the way, the movie was awesome, half-packed theater. ‘Twas an hour drive and well worth it =) The DVD rocks also, keep it up dudes!

LiNK is a great organization that doesnt get much publicity sadly,
and whats worse is that there is no knowledge being spread about the current
conditions in north korea cause all the news wants to talk about is WMD’s
and Kim Jong-il.

hi david, thanks for letting me know about this. this is a country i pray about more than any other, even ours. hey, got a question, did you already mail out all the pre-orders for your dvd? i didn’t get it and will assume it was taken from my door step. this happens occasionally. perhaps the end result will be – you’ll have a new fan and Jesus gets a new kid. i can easily order it again; however, will hold off a bit longer just in case they haven’t all been mailed out yet. thanks, janiece.

Get as many people as you can to sign the petition.
According to Adrian Hong, former director of LINK, NGO’s estimate that 200,000 to 300,000 North Koreans will starve to death this fall. Currently 13 million of them are severely malnourished. So what do they do? They risk their lives to flee to China. And China catches them and sends them right back.
Send China a message: WE DO NOT WANT NORTH KOREAN REFUGEES TO BE REPATRIATED BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY WHERE THEY WILL GO TO CONCENTRATION CAMP FOR LIFE OR EXECUTION! Grant the refugee status so they can get help.
