Hahaha.. Oh my.. Well, I agree with your drummer. Desktops are very revealing of people. In fact I just wrote an entry about that and posted a screenshot of my desktop too [http://weblog.xanga.com/azngodluva/648895039/item.html]. It wasn't as amusing to see as yours though, but I understand your "system". I have the same logic, but once and again I will force myself to clean things up and save files into the proper folders, but like you said.. 99% of that stuff I never see again. They cease to exist. The desktop is for important stuff.. so if you have a lot of important stuff... what can you do? Although the only thing I can't understand is the scattered-ness of everything. I don't know how you read the file names. You might as well have a busy background because it seems hard to read either way. lol.. I would have to "clean up" everything. That's just.... messy. haha.. sorry.
Oh, and I think the 3rd picture would be great on the dvd! :b
Btw.. I'll always remember the first time I heard you play/sing. I never heard of you guys before. It was at DC/LA 2000 and you guys did Every Move I Make (first time I ever heard that song too). I thought you all were great, but I just couldn't get the look of your hair out of my head. And when a bunch of us bought your CD it was just a flower on the cover so I didn't even know the name of your band until probably years later when I saw the same hair again and put the pieces together. hahaha

haha mine looks just the same and i do the whole desktop folder thing also (i have no idea why). i actually just hide my desktop because it got so cluttered and now everything just sits in the folder
