so i’m doing just great. i have been resting. i feel rested. it’s the day after christmas and i still feel quite festive. lots of cheer to spread. it seems like something i should sprinkle. me sprinkling cheer. can you feel it? here, sprinkle sprinkle. you feel better now i know it. what a great festively cheerful word – ‘sprinkle’. it sounds exactly like what it is doesn’t it? very onomatopoeic. ‘sprinkle’ and you can just picture my arm extended, my fingers dancing against my thumb, cheer falling, glitter like, in shiny little dots from their tips. here, i’m going to do it again…sprinkle, sprinkle. have some cheer. sounds very full of lightheartedness and merriment, brightly colored and exhibiting a carefree spirit. that is exactly how i feel. so here’s hoping your christmas was fantastic and if it lacked any cheer, you can have some of mine. [says this, arm extended, fingers dancing against his thumb, stupid grin on his face.]

I know what you mean. I’m Korean, and with almost every Korean word I hear, I feel that way. Maybe it’s b/c it’s how eastern thought is. Korean is onomatopoeic in a lot of ways, and the words are more like pictures. There’s so much to perceive with each word. I feel like I rarely come across that with English words… except for “sprinkle”, of course

Hey I am just trying to be honets. So if you ever read this man….Lately I have left some comments all of which I have tried to act intelligent and leave these very important sounding comments in hopes that they would lead you to my xanga, and that wew would become friend via xanga.Now I think I have come to the realization that that will probably never happen so….. Well here’s the blatant truth whether you ever even read this or not. I think you are one of the coolest worship leaders ever! That fact is just reinforced when I read you xanga. you should actually consider putting the word sprinkle in one of your songs or something. clearly it would be easy to do. i mean..picture Jesus sprinkling love all over his little kids Surely Jesus loves sprinkles. i just got your guys’ new cd and found this site in the cover credits and, being the crazy xanga fanatic i am, decided to check it out. i backed up to some earlier posts and i read about your pastor. it struck me so hard. earlier this year my pastor was also killed. on august 17th he was driving home from a prayer meeting we had earlier that evening and was hit by a delivery truck in the driver’s side door. he was killed instantly. it was such a shock to my whole church family. he was only 42 and left behind a wife and two girls, eight and two years old. i’m not quite sure why i’m telling all of this but i felt the need to. it still hurts for me after this time so i can imagine the pain your church family feels right now. just wanted to let you know my thoughts go out to y’all and to his wife and kids.it is strange how He works, but if its one thing i’ve learned it always turns out far more perfect than i could possibly imagine. Thanks for the sprinkling but I’m not methodist. I’d like to be fully submerged. The Collision cd is so …………..I can’t think of any words to describe it., I can’t stop listening to it, nor do I want to. We sang Here Is Our King at worship this morning. My son sings it at our youth house. I’m looking foward to worshiping with you guys and Third Day in Gsboro N.C. in April. Passion was amazing…of course. Thank you so much for serving God with such a passionate heart…you have no idea how it blesses others. The words of the song “You are my Joy” really hit me last week while in Nashville….my Sunday School Teacher looked up the verses and read them to us and after hearing the scripture on them it made me hear the song in a whole new way….your lyrical ability is amazing. and I love that song sooooo much…CHRIST is my Joy and I have learned to be FULLY satisfied in him and him alone….Thank You Mr. Crowder….your music is like sweet whispers from the Lord in my ears.

Recently two kids in my youth have experienced what you have experienced and I remember on the day of the incident driving towards their house for support and comfort and I was listening to O God Where Are You Now. I was so hoping and praying for everything you were singing about. But, God has his own will and in the midst of this the two youth continue to lean on God! You should have heard their speaches at the funeral service, incredible! I Just want you to know that God speaks very clearly through your songs, keep obeying our Great Big God. I saw you dude. You were at Ninfas. You pushed me out of the way so you could get some complimentary pepermints on your way out. Bro, I understand. I have to get a handful as well. But, may I say that when i looked up, your hair was all up in my face. Although it caught be buy surprise, it was glorious. I recently bought the “Can You Hear Us?” record – and I gotta tell you…I put the cd in the cd player – it didn’t really sound at all like DCB. In fact – the CD is Sheryl Crow. It finally makes sense to me “CROWder” – “CROW.” Its funny because the CD case, the jacket, and the CD even shows all DCB stuff – but the music is definitely Sheryl Crow.

Concert last night was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though you guys didn’t play long enough and they didn’t let us go down front near the stage.
