so, i live in seattle and “spririt 105.3″ (a seattle station) was voted the #1 christian music station in the country. but i have to take issue with that. when “wholly yours” was released, did they play it? was it on the countdown for weeks? why yes it was. so i emailed them, nicely asking “what’s your problem?”. okay they started playing it…frequently. very nice. along comes “everything glorious”, once again were they playing it? no. i emailed them again, and yes they are now playing it-often, as they should be. i head to there website reveiwing the upcoming concerts site. are you advertised as coming to seattle on October 20th? can you guess the answer to that one? once again, i’ve emailed them. it’s been 2 days and you’re still not on there. really, how did they become number one in the US i ask you? maybe you can get you “pr” person on this or a whole lot of people just may miss out on the fact that you’ll be here. and, YES, i preordered your CD, 2 of them as a matter a fact. i can’t wait!!!!

hi david, well here’s the update. i’ve got many of my friends emailing the seattle station, “spirit1053″, to get them to add dc*b to their upcoming concert list. hopefully it will happen quickly. in being fair to them, usually they are responsive to their listeners; however i’m concerned as they have not emailed me back nor any of my other friends that are “on the job”. so, do you by any chance have some pre-printed flyers where we can just fill in the “where & when”? my brother-in-law who happens to also be my pastor will be heading out with me next weekend to the very large churches in our area and distributing them. oh, just so you know, yep, sure, ya betch ya, i’m glad to support you; however, since i’m a member of the fallen human race, much of this is “self” motivated. i really want to worship God with a whole lot of people “a sold out a crowd”, you know, there’s just nothing like it. anyway, just let me know about the flyers, if there aren’t any, no worries, i’ll find some talented soul to make some. take care, janiece.

hi again, so this is the scoop. “spirit1053″ said that this is a “creation” event and creation decided not to adverstise on their station. due to this, they are not adding your upcoming concert to their site. okay fine, i guess i can respect that (kind of). they also stated that the event is nearly sold out with only a couple of seats available in the balcony. i called ticket master today and there’s about 50 available now, so, more than a couple, but we’re getting close to a sell out in seattle.
