IMPORTANT TOUR INFO!
ok, for all good people coming to a REMEDY tour stop listen carefully. there is an especially happy thing we shall do together. we (the band) are asking that everyone coming bring TOWELS AND SOCKS with you to the show. yes. you read that correctly. TOWELS AND SOCKS. in each city we have located a local shelter to drop these items with. we would like these concerts to leave more than just fuzzing memories of sonic delight. we think it fitting for the night to include concrete expressions of remedy. thus, we have contacted the local homeless shelter in each city and overwhelmingly towels and socks are the items most needed. thus, here’s what we would ask you to do: bring towels and socks to the concert! yes, yes – BRING TOWELS AND SOCKS WITH YOU TO THE CONCERT! don’t show up with out them. we will make a big heaping pile of them and then later drop them at the local shelter where there shall be much rejoicing.

I’m sure after November 16th you will be tired, BUT if, on your way back from ATL you feel like making a stop in Nashville..I am sure many people would not complain. Plus that weekend is my college’s fall break so I’ll be in town…and I have never seen you live, and would love to do so. Plus, I have a certain Good Reader certificate that needs some signatures…….

I wanted to thank you for Remedy – I preordered from your site and it came in the mail the day after the release…complete with the special goodies that you included! They were a fun suprise to find and I am enjoying them all…well…my 18-year-old son liberated some of them from me, but rest assured all are being used already. And the music is truly a blessing…simply wonderful and the message of Christ comes through loud and clear on each track. It’s a ministry tool that is already being used to shed light on the lives of others. Thank you!

I hope you’re well.
I told you about how I was wanting to go to your show in Cinncinati but how it was too far during a week day to go – well, so therefore, I can’t give the towels and socks… but I’d like to. Is there any address that I can send them to you and you can still give them to the shelters? If there is let me know.. I’d love to still send them.
By the way – I’m off in an hour to go by the new cd! I’m stoked to listen to it friend.
And if you would, keep me updated about the tour and things that go on or what you share – I can’t make it to any of the shows but it seems like it seriously is going to be a good and God-filled one! I’d love to know about it even though I can’t be a part of it.

True story… went to Wal Mart, found a good deal on a towel set, got to the register and it was less than half the shelf price, so I had them ring me up twice and went and got another. Coincidence? I think not!

hey youre coming to the 9:30 club in DC! well done! no one ever seems to come here…
last winter some friends of mine and i saw a weather report saying that a rough blizzard was coming east from oklahoma. we knew we couldn’t sit there and do nothing. we had a week before it was supposed to hit nashville. we sent out emails to all of our friends and all of the campus ministries and various organizations asking for socks, hats, gloves, and sleeping bags, with an emphasis on sleeping bags. we wound up with two lawn bags full of socks, hats, etc., and thirteen sleeping bags. we left the night that the blizzard was supposed to hit. we handed out everything. socks, gloves, sleeping bags, and by the time we were out of things to hand out there was no one left in need. we managed to take care of a majority of the homeless within a 11 block radius in downtown nashville. it was the most experiential evening of my life. so, this is neat.
You should come up to the Midwest sometime….like SD, ND, or MN. Please……!
Looks like we’ll be missing the Dallas House of Blues night… bleargh…
However, it is made up for the fact that Remedy is absolutely amazing.

(remedy!) whats especially cool about it is i took this picture this summer when i was on a three week mission trip to taiwan with my church group! it was amazing. we went to a village to teach english to elementary kids…and one night after school ended a group of us went down to the harbor (the village was close to the coast) and on the way back, i saw the green cross and HAD to take a picture of it. i hope you see it and like it! 
thought it was super cool. remedy taiwan-style!

my mom told me to wait a week or so so that the prices will drop, but i refused. i mean, i had to go buy it on opening day! i couldnt have waited a whole week.
